The camera is very fine and it is truly a good product. Better than my already very good EVO 360. Easy to use. I had ordered it on the 11.11 but I have to wait 3 months to receive it. There have been some misunderstanding with the vendor. A lot of promises and a small commercial gesture for the long waiting (I was supposed to have it for Xmas and it was a collective present for a friend). I have been very disappointed by the long wait.

Может кому-то будет полезно. В сентябре 2020 пытался купить у DJISky Photography Store камеру Insta360 ONE X. В переписке продавец сказал что таможенных платежей не будет. Оказалось не так. Наша таможня у меня запросила около 3000 рублей. Я заплатить не успел в течении 3-х дней. Товар вернулся назад. Деньги я получил через 3 месяца. В феврале этого года увидел на странице Insta360 Global Store предложение о покупке без таможенных платежей. Оплатил деньги и расслабился. Оказалось, что продавец мне 2 или 3 раза писал письмо с предложением об отказе от дорогого заказа и рекомендовал его разбить на несколько заказов чтобы избежать таможенных платежей. Я эти письма увидел слишком поздно. Заказ поехал в Россию. Мне предъявили таможенные платежи на 312, рублей. Я оплатил и довольно быстро получил камеру. Претензий к качеству и доставке нет.

so happy , I bougth ONE X last year. And now, I have Insta360 ONE X2, it is better , and I can handle one the camera because it contains a screen . The battery is bettery than ONE X, good product!

I received my camera a few days ago and have really been enjoying it. I feel the lens guards are a must-have item, and the selfie stick is a good one to start out with, though I'll probably upgrade to a carbon one later. For now, I like the compactness of the included one.
