use this microphone for podcasts, and it works great. It was easy to set up out of the box. It connects to my laptop via USB and is plug and play. I am not a gamer so I cannot comment on that, but for podcasts it definitely upgraded the audio tremendously as compared to the microphone on my Logitec webcam. No more "tinny" audio. The boom attached to my desk just fine, and is easy to position. It does pick up in-room noise such as the AC and my big regulator clock. So for now I am turning off the AC and stopping the clock when I am recording. For the price it was very much worth it. I have friends who purchased much more expensive models for no better quality of sound.

I got this mic for my new podcast and I am loving it. Since I am tall, I specifically wanted a mic with a boom stand so I could raise it and not have to slouch over my desk like many other podcast mics that sit on a desktop. I also love that it is attached to my desk and I can move it out of the way or right in front of me when I'm ready to use it. The quality, for what I use it for, is fantastic! My husband is pro when it comes to recording and audio, so he has much more expensive mics and equipment, but this mic was perfect for what I needed and sounds great with very little editing. I highly recommend it!

I play a lot of games and it got old wearing a headset all the time. With the right configuration(noisegate, audio ducking, etc) there are no issues using this and coming across clear with no feedback. This thing comes with everything too so you don't need to jump through hoops.

This is the BEST mic I have ever owned. Assembling the arm is very simple, and the sound quality far exceeds excellent. I have to compare the sound quality to radio, or podcasts. Delivery was lightening fast, and I am more than satisfied with this product. I HIGHLY recommend this mic.

i purchased this after returning another similar mic and boom that wasn't 24 bit. The sound quality of this new mic is very good, the boom is strong, and the electronics are solid. There was NO configuration in Windows 10. Just plug it in and go. I even attached a LED light ring onto the pop filter and the arm was strong enough to hold the extra weight. Very happy with the purchase

Microphone sound quality is great. You have to be up close to it to really have it pick up the most sound which is helpful if you're streaming or using it as a recording mic so it doesn't pick up any background sounds. The stand is very sturdy. I did have one issue with the stand where the plastic internal thread where the microphone shock mount screws onto the stand had stripped and the microphone would not stay inand sent me a replacement very quickly. Overall I love the microphone

Wow. I’m definitely impressed. I bought this based on the reviews and it has lived up to the good press. I needed something to drown out background noise. I have a really old loud laptop and I tried all kinds of programs and different techniques to remove the noise in my videos with zero luck. I bought this as a last resort before having to buy a new laptop. I am so impressed. It was a super quick install, and worked perfectly to solve the background noise issue! Crisp and clear. It sounds great. I’m totally satisfied and definitely recommend. Can’t beat it for the price.

I use this to party chat and stream when I’m gaming on my PS4 (which it is totally compatible with!) My friends are amazed by the clear quality of vocals that come through when I use it, which means I can be understood through the loudest of yelling matches within PvP games. I haven’t tried it on my computer yet, so I cannot comment about the quality of through that. The price of it was what truly sold me on it, and I was truly shocked for what I got along with it;

Love this mic! It picks up my voice with no problems for my podcast! It even pics up my ice falling from my ice maker in the background! However if you have a lighter voice you have to be on top of it for it to catch your voice. I've done episodes with other people who dont have voices as heavy as I do (I'm a woman) and the mic barely picks them up even with them on top of it and I could be across the room. But i make it work. I'm contemplating buying a second one just for mypodcast episodes when I have guests on with me.
